Prestige Truck Bodies is committed to providing you with the best possible customer service experience.

Delivery times will differ depending on your location. Prestige Truck Bodies holds no responsibility for the damage, loss or theft of a product after delivery. Should you receive a product that is faulty, damaged or broken, please contact us to discuss / arrange a repair, replacement or refund. Refer separate Terms and Conditions for Returns and Refunds.

While we will endeavour to process your purchase as quickly as possible, we may require up to 7 business days, (Mon – Fri excluding holidays), to process and dispatch your purchase, after payment has been received. In rare circumstances, delivery of your order may be delayed beyond this timeframe so please allow up to 10 business days for your order to arrive. (Please note that delivery time frames are indicative only and may be subject to change at any time without notice).
